everyone knows how bad the roads are at 5.30 in the evening, especially in town.
so in order to avoid being stuck in the infamous jams, joycey and i decided to use the LRT from kelana instead to get to our 1.00 class (cuz class finishes at 5.30).
the usual 20 minutes journey went by really fast and as we approached the pasar seni station, we quickly rushed to college to get something to eat. damn hungry la weih.
near our college, there were a couple of people shooting a show there, so joycey was busy admiring this particular actor when suddenly, one of the crew members came up to our table and told us
"you better be careful. there is someone standing over there and he has been looking towards your direction ever since you sat down. take your time to eat, and when you have finished eating, just stay here, and wait for him to go away."
since she spoke in cantonese, i didnt have a clue as to what she said until joycey told me.
i turned around to see who that person was, i couldn't see him as there were lots of people nearby.
joycey : geri. i saw him at the kelana station. and i saw him walking behind us as we arrived in pasar seni station. he is standing there behind the wall...
i turned around and took a good look, and i felt so damn scared my hands started to shiver and shake uncontrollably
he was of medium height, a chinese. he was wearing a pinkish-beige coloured button down shirt which was untucked, and he had a pair of light pants on also with a bag slung across his body.
he was standing behind the wall and i could only see half his face staring intently towards our direction. he didnt look like the kind of guy who would stalk a person in fact, if u had seen him on the road, he looks like a very quiet studious person.
you know, the quiet kind that no one really knows what exactly is going on in their mind?
that type.
do you know how it feels like? to know that he followed us all the way from one end of town to the other?
and yet there he was, just staring at us behind the wall when there are so many people around.
i think a lot of the guys who were in that area started to notice what was happening and so they started to crowd around him. one guy kicked him and told him to go away. and as he was being shooed away, he walked past our table and i felt fear, afraid of what he might do to us.
but thank God he just walked past and we never saw him after that.
the lady who warned us earlier about him came over to our table once again and said
"you eat slowly and stay here awhile, just because he is not here, doesn't mean he is gone. so please be careful"
i think that has got to be one of the most frightening experiences in my life.
