i feel like running, cycling, whatever..
took a good look at myself in the mirror and i didnt like what i saw!
took a break for a week already, and i FEEL so so out of it. and its just one week, you know.
i dont care.
even if i feel so exhausted after that.
even if my body aches all over.. its alright. cuz this kind of pain, i like.
it doesn't help that i am having cravings for really fattening food like curries and nasi lemak :(
and coke. and sweets. i LOVE sweets.
somehow, not working out has intensified the cravings and im just feeling fat, lazy and useless..and..BIG. *sob*
shit.
